This Privacy Policy describes how KAROV LLC ("KAROV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit, use our services, make a purchase from, or otherwise communicate with us through shopkarov.com (the "Site"). Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service concerning personal information, this Privacy Policy prevails.

1. Personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

* Order information: products purchased, recipient details and gift-message content, order history, transaction details, returns, replacements, and refunds.

* Payment information: payment-card or other payment details processed by Shopify and its payment providers. KAROV generally receives transaction status and limited payment details, not full card numbers.

* Account information: username, password, security questions, and saved preferences if you create an account.

* Shopping and customer-service information: items viewed, placed in a cart, or added to a wishlist; messages, photos, reviews, survey answers, and other information you send us.

* Device and usage information: browser and device data, IP address, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and how you use the Site.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a gift message or customer-service request unless it is necessary for us to help you.

2. How we collect information

We collect personal information:

When a purchaser sends a gift, we receive the recipient's name, delivery address, and any gift message from the purchaser. Purchasers should provide only information they are permitted to share.

The Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site to provide and improve its services. Information you submit through the Site is transmitted to Shopify and may be shared with Shopify and service providers located in countries other than where you live. Depending on our settings, Shopify may also use data from your interactions with our store and other merchants to help provide and improve commerce, analytics, fraud-prevention, personalization, or advertising services. 7. Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to websites or services operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing personal information. A link does not mean that we endorse the third party unless we say so.

Our products and Site are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

KAROV is based in the United States, and ships only to addresses in the United States. Purchasers may access the Site from other countries, including Israel. If you provide personal information from outside the United States, it may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we, Shopify, and our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, service providers use recognized transfer mechanisms.
